Info Links and Conflict Searching

File or matter information contains far more data than just the client's name and file number. Specific links to Wills or Litigation info can also be accessed from the Matter card.

This enhanced information can also be searched for possible conflicts or matter specific (wills or litigation) reporting. An example here might be to check for all wills that are older than five years or all files that have limitation dates occurring within the next six months.

The Brief Accounting's Info Links are designed to:

• Track Wills, ICBC or Litigation information
• Allow for specific data searches
• Maintain notes for each file including last contact date
• Allow for the entry of information that may be important for future conflict searches
