Intelligent Assistant

The Intelligent Assistant searches for the occurrence of a phrase within the list of time activities, disbursements or invoice item descriptions.

This process goes beyond speed code entries in that only a portion of the description, rather than a memorized code, is required in order to enter the appropriate information. Once the phrase is found it is either displayed in a list (should more than one item be found), or automatically entered into the slip or item.

The Intelligent Assistant is available in both the Time and Billing module (for entering time or disbursement slips) and the Receivables module (for entering new invoice line items).
