Power Search
PowerSearch will search through transactions
to locate Date, Description/Particulars or Amounts, depending on
the criteria entered.
An appropriate use of PowerSearch, is to search
for a specific amount. Negative amounts can also be entered.
PowerSearch will search
for transactions in the following lists:
- Trust and General Office Journals for
specific checks or receipts
- Accounts Receivables Journal for invoices,
payments or credit memos
- Time Activities or Disbursement slip
lists
An upward pointing arrow beside a column heading
indicates that the column can be searched using PowerSearch.
