Brief EnCounter enables multiple Timekeepers the ability to log their time and disbursements without accessing Brief Accounting.

Time Codes

Brief EnCounter features time codes to automate the entry of time slips. The codes entered on time or disbursement slips, may also be used by the accounting department to keep track of billable and non-billable activities or costs and may also be used for task based billing systems.

Import/Export

Matters, Codes and Timekeeper lists can be exported from Brief Accounting and imported into Brief EnCounter. This ensures consistent and current matter and code lists in all of the Brief EnCounter desktop applications.

Timekeepers export their slips to Brief Accounting for client billing and more detailed reporting.
