What is the difference between
a Simultaneous User and a Timekeeper? |
| |
|
| |
A Timekeeper is any person in your firm for whom
Time is billed and recorded in Brief Accounting. This could
be a Lawyer, Paralegal, Secretary or many other types of users.
Timekeepers can use Brief EnCounter to log their time and disbursements.
Timekeepers do not need concurrent access to Brief Accounting.
Timekeepers simply export their timeslips from Brief EnCounter
to Brief Accounting for billing and more complex reporting.
A Simultaneous User is a user accessing Brief Accounting at
the same time as another Simultaneous User. You can only have
Simultaneous Users in Brief Accounting Pro. Often Simultaneous
users are multiple bookkeepers, or management staff frequently
accessing Management and Financial reports. Simultaneous Users
can be added based on the needs of the firm. |
